Andrew Fackrell is a litigator specializing in Family Law. Andrew has represented men and woman in a wide variety of different domestic relations matters, including highly contested child custody matters, disputes regarding child support and alimony, grandparent visitation, child and adult protective orders, and both enforcement and modification of prior court orders. Andrew's practice also includes the protection of constitutionally protected rights, such as the freedom of religion, property rights, and privacy rights.
Andrew is licensed to practice law in the federal and state courts in Utah, and is a member of the Utah State Bar's Family Law and Constitutional Law sections
Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Utah and his Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California. During law school Andrew was a member of the Law Review where he focused on Constitutional Law. Andrew was also a member of the school's legal clinic where he found his talent for family law.
Andrew is a husband and a father, and enjoys spending time with his family, playing and writing music, and studying American History.
